Welcome to Afu Flora (the “App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the developer of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App provides a botanical field guide, a flower-arranging studio, and the ability to save and share your arrangements. No account or registration is required. Some content requires the purchase of “Full Access”.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

Full Access is available in two ways. Prices are shown on the App Store and may vary by region.

• Auto-renewable subscription (1 year). The subscription period is one year. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and your App Store account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime purchase. A one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Full Access permanently.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.

All purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If your purchase is not reflected, use “Restore Purchases” in the App.

3. License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or redistribute the App, except as permitted by law.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The botanical catalog, interface, icons, and arranging materials in the App are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Arrangements you create may be saved and shared by you, provided they are not used unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Botanical Information Disclaimer

Plant information in the App is provided for general reference only and is not advice on edibility, medicinal use, or safety. Never consume or handle a plant based solely on information in the App; always verify with a qualified expert.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA prevails to the extent required.
